RE: RFQ
I require a quotation for two parts made from .25" thick X 1.5" wide Aluminum bar stock. Part number: 00010 and 00011 (pdf drawing attached). Options available to reduce costs: 1 - Aluminum alloys other than 3003 acceptable to minimize production cost (i.e.1100, etc.) 2 - .25" X 45 degree chamfer specified on both parts can be almost any cost effective edge break configuration (no burrs or sharp edges at cut off.) 3 - Any other suggestions to reduce costs are welcome. Quotation requirements: 1) To be supplied complete, per drawing specifications. 2) Part number 00010 and 00011 quoted individually, both prototype and production quantities. Prototype quotation only is acceptable if not interested in production work. 3) Shipping cost to be included as separate charge to zip code 93546 (for prototype quantity only) . Also, please specify method. (UPS, Fed Ex, other). 4) Prototype quantity (required 6-8 weeks ARO): 10 units of each part (00010, 00011) pricing and lead-time 5) Production quantity: 50 units of each part. 6) Production quantity: 100 units of each part. Only quotations submitted directly to DYNAMICMFGENG@AOL.COM will be considered. Feel free to contact me regarding any issues or questions: DYNAMICMFGENG@AOL.COM |

Hi. Can you supply the angles on drw'g 00011? Also the distance between the holes,+-.10 seems a lot for center distance. Jim Mustaikis owner Dry Lake Machine

Thanks for your effort but I've recently determined it is most advantageous to fabricate these parts in-house
