Looking for quote on the attached 2 drawings.

Material - .080 5052 Aluminum (must be close to this spec and weldable)
- Prefer one side material to be with protective plastic
- You supply material
- No bending required, ship cut in flat sheet
- Hole tolerances (position, size) +/-0.010", all others dimensions +/-0.020"
- Please include ballpark shipping to Canada V7J3J5 or to US 98363

Quotes for:
2, 8, 96

(assuming that 8 of these will fit on a 4x8 sheet, if not, please adjust accordingly).

I have looked at your drawings. Can the 4 square holes have a corner radius of .0625? L_Beagles@charter.net

Unfortunately, no. Max radius (for nut retainer) is 0.030

Is this bid still open?

If yes, is 6061 Alum. a satisfactory option?
