I'm looking for a quality mold maker willing to do some high-precision EDM work for 6 ABS toy accessories.

The parts contain .01" fillets throughout, weigh less than 1/2 gram each, and contain 1/2 degree of draft from the parting line.

I would like to have a mold insert (5x8 MUD perhaps) and the molding produced if possible.

Qua: 1000 of each part
Material: ABS
Files: Solidworks 2006 w/parting lines

Is there anyone out there that can produce parts like this?
