We would like to see if anyone is interested in quoting on writting the G-Code to produce following part:

The part will be aluminum and will be machined on a HAAS Mill. (if that matters)

The grooves are the most critical dimension. We can likely tweak the G-Code once we have it.

We have the files in STEP and SolidWorks

Do you have any dimensions for the part you can send me. Is this a 3 axis job or will the grooves need to be machined in a 5th axis. We use all Haas VF-4s in our shop.

I would procde you with
a.G-Codes than run Haas Control (3 axis).
b. Tooling list with details.
c. Job setup sheet showing mounting details on machine.
d Video of simulation (virtual cutting).
