We are a job shop in Denton, Texas, specializing in medical devices. We have 3 swiss machines, two Citizens & a Tsugami. Two are 20mm machines, accepting bar stock of ¾” or smaller. One Citizen is a 12mm machine, with a max bar capacity of ½”. Additionally, we have two Haas vertical mills, one which is high-speed, with a 4th axis. We also laser mark, passivate, and can do light assembly in-house.

We use Autocad for in-house CAD, and have Esprit CAM software, so we can import almost any form of customer data.

We are FDA & GMP compliant, and have contracted with TMAC as advisor for our ISO9001 & ISO13485 certifications. We are on track to have our certificates by the end of 2008, and have scheduled the audit with QMI.
