Injection Mold Needed

1. This is for an injection Mold. Ownership assigned to my company. Price should
include shipping to Tamp, FL

Material: PVC or ABS/PC, UV modified for outside use.

Lifetime of Mold: 150,000 units or more.

Shot size: approximately 14 ounces

Design format: Product was designed using Autodesk Inventor. Jpeg is included below. email me directly for different file formats that you need.

Need date: 45 calender days after acceptance. Sooner is better.

Approximate size: 3.5"X9" semi columnar.

RFQ ends: 2weeks after post.

Finish: one side polished or light blast. Quote both.

Special consideration #1: This is a new product. As such, the existing design needs to be reviewed by your engineer to determine any flaw in design.

Special consideration #2: Logo and lettering need to be included on the part.

2. A separate quote should be given if you have injection molding equipment
capable of making this part.

Estimated use: 5,000 units/month
Shipped to Tampa Florida in lots of 1,000 or 5,000 units

We can quote tooling and production. Tool is very straight forward and would be about a 14 day lead time. We are currently molding a UV stabilized ABS, High Impact in tan, black and white so there would be no minimum material purchase requirements for your product and lead time for production would be about 2 days for the first release of 5000.
