Hello,

I am a smaller shop in PA. tristate area that has a decent amount of CNC's. I have been in manufacturing for over 25 years. I have done everything from run manuals and CNC's to writing programs and engineering. My last position was for almost 13 years in a steam valve company. I was the plant manager when I retired. My personal shop has been in business for 9 years and has grown to 5 employees with 4 CNC machines. I am able to deliver in 30 mile radius. I also use UPS and have a forklift for loading and unloading larger items.

Milling dept.
I have one large Mazak CNC Mill with a 40 x 20 table and Cat 50 tooling. I have a good selection of Kurt double lock vises for shorter runs. I also make custom fixturing if the quantity is high enough.

Turning dept.
I have 2 Mazak turning centers. The first Mazak has 1 5/8" bar capacity with a 12' bar feeder. This machine has 6" chuck also for larger work. The second Mazak has 2" bar capacity with a LNS barfeeder. This machine has a 8" chuck also for larger work. The last turning center is a Hardinge CHNC for secondary work.

I also have a full selection of standard machines to support the secondary work or make fixturing.
