RFQ for backplate for mounting mechanism.
1) Material type: 0.05 - 0.07 inches thick stainless steel or about 0.125" thick aluminum.
2) Unless local (riverside, CA) please indicate material cost in quote. 3) Quantity: 100 for first batch. 4) Drawings should be immediately available or necessary specs. Will provide drawing shortly but here is quick spec: It will be recatangle pieces with about 4 inches by 3 inches. 14 holes in there total for m4 tapping (quote without and with m4 tapping would be nice to have). 5) Required time frame: 2 weeks once job starts. 6) RFQ ending time: Will take on quotes for 2 weeks. 7) Full contact information should be supplied upon first contact by email from both parties, neither should have to reply to @.com Reason I have left the thickness not absolute is while it is better to be thicker (not more than 1/8") I am worried about waste of maching time & feasabilty of such endeavour. Depending on how things goes, this job might get repeat orders down the line.
