5 axis mill plastic turbine
Would like a quote to machine my turbine out of plastic. I will supply the material, its ultem 1000. I would like a quote so I can see on the quantity I will order (budget).

I have tried to download your file twice and it won't unzip. It says in is an "invalid archive". Can you either repost the file or email it?

Hello David. We are looking for 10-14 parts. The part outer diameter is 2.4 so we will use oversize rod of 2.5. As far as surface finish and dimensional tolerance. I am looking for a industry standard. Ill be back with the data. What can you quote for these?
