I'm in need of a fixture to be made along with parts from fixture. Quote needs to include material for the fixture and parts. The fixture is made of 3/4"x24.500x4.630wide fixture is made of Alum 6061 or equal grade. Parts are 1 design but 2 diffrent sets of dims.

• Part 12Rails (Part Name) .125 thick x2.75 x 20.375long
• Part 38Rails (Part Name) .125 thick x 2.250 x 20.375 long

This fixture also needs helicol inserts installed,(will provide) I will provide the mitte-bites when needed. These are protype parts and are a fairly simple milling operations. Able to send detailed drawing of fixture and parts as needed.

How many of these parts are you needing and in what time frame?

I'm in need of 1 of each along with the fixture. Parts are to be made in the fixture to make sure it works properly. Time frame is need to be delivered in less than 2 weeks. With completed parts and fixture.
