Looking for someone in Toronto/GTA (Canada) that can do a quick job to make a Chariot Axle for my daughter's project.

Material: 4140 Alloy Steel

The tricky part is that the ends (4.5" long) need to be threaded at 3/8" 26 TPI. This is a standard Bicycle thread, apparently, but no one I talked to can do it.

I had it done in Toronto about 3-4 years ago, but now the axle is bent, and I need to get another one made. I have the steel, I just need someone that can do a 3/8" 26 TPI thread at the ends.

Thanks.

Thanks, but that's a little bit farther than I wanted to travel for this small job.

I found someone already that was able to do it. Thanks for the offer, and I'll keep you in mind for some other bigger jobs.
