Request For Quote- Need 1 RH and 1 LH of attached parts

searching for a cnc mill shop with best price on manufacture. attached part is 1st of approximately 18 needed. others will follow in sequence assuming 1st effort is satisfactory both in quality, cost, ease of interface etc. do not hesitate to suggest cost cutting options such as the 5/8 od x 2 inch long peg can be octagonal in outside profile if it would cut the cost; also do not hesitate to ask any questions. the flatness spec is plus or minus ten thou over the entire plate; the square cutout goes through the blocks with the .189 reams--there is a hidden line missing. i am on a budget and do not have auto cad or pro e anymore, i had to download a free sketcher to draw these parts and can only send them as a jpeg so you have to program the cnc manually. carl turner

Biggest issues are the .030 and the.125 thicknesses.
Flatness is not much of an issue because it will pull flat when screwed onto the surface.
