1) Material type: .080" Aluminum 6061-T4 or 5052-H32
2) Vendor to supply material
3) 50 & 100
4) Drawing attached. DXF will be supplied when job is awarded.
5) 2-3 Weeks
6) Jan 5th

Prefer Southern California shop as these are bulky and could be pricey to ship.

6061 is not bend friendly material 5052 is a better choice, judgeing buy the date this post is old and job is either done or not needed still. please post if still avalible.

Either way standard sheet is 3003 and 5052 is not cost effective.
14 gauge sheet will typically measure .074 (the mills always manufacture to undersize tolerance to pinch the pennies)
