RFQ Spindle 500 pcs.

Good evening,
I'm looking for a quote on 500 pcs. of the attached drawing. 250 Left hand and 250 right hand.
Right hand spindles have right hand threads. Left hand spindles have left hand threads. Material is 11/16 CRS hex. Please PM with quotes.

Tolerances?
Thread relief near hex on 9/16-18?
Radius on inside corners?
Finish?
Timeframe?

63 finish. Thread relief is ok. 1/64 rad. on inside corners. Break sharp edges on outside corners. I'm unsure of exact timeframe, but these are not needed immediately. Thank you.
