mold removal and plaster/drywall repair

I want to get an average price for cutting out an approximate 2' x 3' Section of plaster, removing/ killing mold, patching an hvac duct, and then patching the plaster with drywall. I had to do this at my own home, and did it for a very very cheap price, and I want my land lord to know how much it would have cost him if He called a bigger company or any sort of professional.
Thanks

Lucy, the kind of molds machinists work on is not the kind caused by water. :) "Mold" to a machinist is making metal master patterns that are used to make other metal or plastic parts. Think Legos.

Mold is only form in a wet place or thing. by using 'vinegar' mold may be removed. It is Eco-friendly also and hence, does not cause any harm. Use white distilled vinegar, which is very cheap, spray vinegar on mold and leave it for sometime. Then wipe the area with water and then allow it to dry. For small plaster/drywall repair, firstly clean the damaged portion and then wet it then apply paste of cement and water. Leave it for dry, then you may stick some good paintings on that so that it looks nice.

I extremely recommend the tee tree oil mix. I sprayed curtains and walls with the tea tree oil mix in the afternoon and by that night the moldy smell that had been plaguing our bedroom for a few months already has disappeared considerably.
